All products are subject to availability. Inventory may vary between our online store and physical retail location. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We make every effort to accurately display product colors and descriptions; however, actual colors may vary due to screen settings or lighting.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Currency. Prices may differ between online and in-store locations. Prices are subject to change without notice. We accept various payment methods including      credit/debit cards, digital wallets, and cash (in-store only). Sales tax will be applied where required by law.

4. Orders (Online Purchases)

Online orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.

We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect shipping details. If fraudulent activity is suspected, we may cancel the order.

5. In-Store Purchases

All in-store purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Customers are responsible for reviewing items before completing purchase. Lost receipts may limit return or exchange eligibility.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. ExoticSkinzz is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages due to incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.

• Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Gift cards may be used online or in-store unless      otherwise specified.
